Learn about your adventure to Sri Lanka.
After our last visit in 2024, Sri Lanka is calling us again. This program is prepared for everyone, whether diving or not, who is looking for an amazing adventure of a lifetime.
The island of Sri Lanka (Ceylon), located in the southwest of India, is a Buddhist country known for its magnificent wildlife that has been the subject of many documentaries, beaches and ancient temples. The country is home to eight UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
We will visit the capital Colombo, attend the Sacred Tooth Ceremony in Kandy, climb the Lion Rock in Sigiriya, enter magnificent ancient cave temples in Dambulla, dive and relax at the beach in Trincomalee. You can also watch dolphins and whales if you are not diving. We will explore the ancient holy city Anuradhapura and visit 2300 year old holy Jaya Sri Maha Bodi tree and finally drive our jeeps in the wilderness of Wilpattu during a Jeep Safari. There is alot more than you can image in this program for you to explore and find. Join us on this exciting adventure and tell your great story when you are back home.

We recommend that you buy t-shirts that you can easily put on and take off, short and long-sleeved shirts, shorts and cotton trousers, comfortable walking shoes and a light coat for the evenings, as well as swimsuits. You can also bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, camera, video camera and their chargers and spare memory cards. We recommend that people who will not dive take their equipment if they want to snorkel.
When entering Buddhist temples, you should avoid wearing shorts, skirts, clothing that exposes your shoulders, and clothing that hugs your body. We recommend that women take a shawl or scarf with them. Men should not be visible above the knee. Since shoes and socks are removed, we recommend that you use shoes and sandals that are easy to put on and take off.
